Check an Occupational Board license

The move to our new licensing system, eLIPSE, has begun for the Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons and Plumbing & Gas Fitters boards. 

All licensing functions for these two boards are now disabled in ePLACE. The new eLIPSE system is expected to be available on Monday, June 16 at 12 p.m. 

Note: All other users should continue using ePLACE until further notice. 

To check the status of a license you'll need:

• The license number of the individual or business license you would like to check 
• If you don't have the license number of the license you would like to check, you can also enter: 
  • The first and last name of the licensee
  • The type of license held by the licensee 
  • The name or address of the business associated with the license
