Check an Occupational Board license

To check the status of a license you'll need:

• The license number of the individual or business license you would like to check 
• If you don't have the license number of the license you would like to check, you can also enter: 
  • The first and last name of the licensee
  • The type of license held by the licensee 
  • The name or address of the business associated with the license
