What you need
To check the status of a license you'll need:
- The license number of the individual or business license you would like to check
- If you don't have the license number of the license you would like to check, you can also enter:
- The first and last name of the licensee
- The type of license held by the licensee
- The name or address of the business associated with the license
How to check
- Check licenses in the ePlace Portal for the following boards:
- Cosmetology and Barbering
- Electricians
- Home Inspectors
- Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
- Veterinary Medicine
- Office of Private Occupational School Education
- Sheet Metal Workers
- Operators of Drinking Water Supply Facilities
- Massage Therapy
- Check licenses in the eLIPSE Platform for the following boards:
- Plumbers and Gas Fitters
- Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
- Architects
- Embalming and Funeral Directing
- Landscape Architects
- Public Accountancy
- Real Estate Appraisers
