Create an online account for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct Manufacturer Registration

Step 1

Log onto the Massachusetts Online Licensing website

• Note: Be aware the Massachusetts Online Licensing Site is used for all licensing by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as well as Renewal Registration as a Manufacturer for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct.

Step 2

Create a User ID and Password by selecting the Register a Business link in the upper left corner of the screen

You should enter:

• The unique License Number of the business (The “CC####” number for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers)
• The Renewal ID that we sent to your company’s registered contact. Please note that renewal IDs will be sent in April of each year, to your company’s contact person. If you have not received your Renewal ID by email to your company’s contact person by April 30th, please contact the Program to obtain one.
• Click the Search button
  • If your record was found, this page displays the demographic information already in the database
  • You should select the Login Page link to begin using the application
  • The question and answer are used on the main login screen to retrieve a forgotten password
  • You must create a User ID, a Password, and a Password question and answer
