Fulfillment: Depending on request:

Physical Server Decommission: 90% within 7 weeks

Virtual Server Decommission: 90% within 4 weeks

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer if applicable.
  • Responsible for creating change control and confirming decommission with the customer.
