Please note:
- If you are an ambulance service, and this issue is either an accident report under 105 CMR 170.350(A), or meets the definition of “serious incident” as defined in 105 CMR 170.350(B), please complete the EMS Serious Incident Form.
- OEMS has no jurisdiction over billing complaints. For these issues, you may contact the Consumer Advocacy and Response Division of the Attorney General's Office.
