File a driver education program complaint

If you want to file a complaint about a driver education program, you must do so in writing and send it to the RMV.

What you need

Written complaints should contain the following basic information:

  • Your name, address and contact number
  • Name and address of the driving school the complaint is against
  • If the complaint is against a driving school instructor, the name of the instructor and driving school the instructor is employed by
  • The nature of the complaint

You will be contacted by an RMV representative within 7 days from receipt of the complaint.

You can send your written complaint to the RMV at:
