What you need   for IT Liaison (ITL) Users and Groups

Required information:
  • Name (Last, First, MI)
  • Title
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Secretariat
  • Note if you want to add (provision) or remove (deprovision) the user
  • Group name*
  • Note if you want to add a new group, or remove an existing group
  • Note if you want to add a new user to the new group, or to an existing group

*agency/Secretariat abbreviation – 3 letter agency MMARS code – group function** (ex.: EOTSS-TSS-Operations)

**Once your request is received, EOTSS will standardize the name you provide to meet with our internal naming conventions

Who can request?

Designated Security Officers (DSOs) and IT Liaisons (ITLs) ONLY - will request on behalf of their Commonwealth agency/Secretariat, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.
