Features
EOTSS has established Microsoft Teams as the enterprise standard for the Executive Branch Agency business collaboration software platform. This application is part of the Microsoft Office 365 product suite and is included in the cost of the Microsoft licensing agreement. The cost for this feature is already accounted for in EOTSS bundled Microsoft chargebacks to agencies.
We understand that there are certain use cases where Teams does not meet all requirements or is not the best solution for your specific type of meeting. If Teams does not best meet your business needs or the needs of your employees and constituents, you may request to use Zoom or Webex.
We have procured a limited number of Zoom and WebEx licenses for use in these cases.

SLE Responsibilities/Dependencies Fulfillment:
Zoom Standard Licenses: 80% within 4 business days*
Zoom standard is defined as a 500 participant license for meeting/webinar. Licenses requested outside of Zoom standard may require a BAR which could result in a longer fulfillment time.
WebEx Standard Licenses: 80% within 4 business days*
WebEx standard is defined as a 1000 person license for meetings and webinars. This includes unlimited toll dial-in and web streaming. Licenses requested outside of WebEx standard may require a BAR which could result in a longer fulfillment time.

- Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
EOTSS
