How to report Report changes to MassHealth
If you are 64 and younger, an MA Login account is the fastest way to update information for your household.
If you already have an online account, log in to review your household's information and make changes.
If you don’t have an online account, learn how to get started.
Members 65 and older are not able to create an MA Login Account at this time. Members over 65 should report changes by mail, fax, or by calling MassHealth.
To report a change by phone, call us at (800) 841-2900 (TTY: 711)
The MassHealth Enrollment Centers (MECs) are open for limited walk-in appointments. We strongly encourage you to use MassHealth’s new appointment scheduler if you need help from a MassHealth Customer Service Representative.

- Head of Household Name
- Head of Household date of birth
- MassHealth ID #
- The change you want to report
