How to report Report changes to MassHealth
If you are 64 or younger and have an online account with the Massachusetts HealthConnector, you can change your information online. Log in to review your household's information and make changes. This is the fastest way to change information.
If you don’t have an online account, learn how to sign up at MA Login Accounts for Current Members.
If you are 65 or older, you can fill out the MassHealth Report a Change Form online or mail or fax the form to us.
You can use any version of Adobe Acrobat to complete this application, including the free version of Adobe Reader. Once you’ve completed the form, you can submit the form electronically.

The MassHealth Enrollment Centers (MECs) are open for limited walk-in appointments. We strongly encourage you to use MassHealth’s new appointment scheduler if you need help from a MassHealth Customer Service Representative.

Update your information by faxing a document or handwritten note to (857) 323-8300 that includes:
- Head of Household Name
- Head of Household date of birth
- MassHealth ID #
- The change you want to report
