What you need

The Department of Transitional Assistance is committed to ensuring that funds are directed toward individuals and families who truly need assistance. Anyone who intentionally provides false information to receive benefits for which they would otherwise be ineligible is potentially taking them away from eligible recipients.

If you suspect fraud, you do not need to tell us who you are to make a complaint. In your report, please provide us with as many details as possible about the fraud.
