What you need for Request a Pre-filing Consultation

For large projects, contact us early in the planning stage to discuss potential MESA issues.   In order to consult with a review biologist before officially filing submit the following:

  • a project description,
  • conceptual site plans,
  • map showing the location of the property, and
  • any other pertinent information regarding the proposed project. 

This can be done in conjunction with the Information Request process.

How to request Request a Pre-filing Consultation

Email the information to an Endangered Species Review Assistant.

Call and request a meeting or phone call.

Mail the information needed for a consultation to the attention of Regulatory Review and request a response.
