The IT Service Management team can assist and/or perform for customers the following Administrative Data Services:

  • Batch data imports and exports from ServiceNow
  • Unit testing
  • Data conversions
  • Data receiving and transmissions

Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.
