Subscribe to the DPH Determination of Need Listserv

In an effort to streamline communication between the Department of Public Health (DPH) and Massachusetts healthcare facilities seeking resources from the Determination of Need (DoN) program, the Bureau of Health Care Safety and Quality uses an electronic Listserv as the primary method to transmit updates and significant or time-sensitive notifications.

Once you subscribe, your email will automatically be added to the distribution list. All communication from the DoN Listserv will be sent from donotreply@state.ma.us.

Please note that DoN administrative resources, including policies and guidelines, will continue to be accessible online.

Changes to contacts

If there is a change in personnel or email address(es), please complete the following steps:

• The individual leaving must send an email with the subject line, “DON Listserv Change” to: leave-dph_don@listserv.state.ma.us. Do not include any text in the body of your email (including the removal of an email signature) or else the system will reject your email and your request will not be processed.
• The individual who is serving as the replacement listserv contact must send an email with the subject line, “DON Listserv Replacement” to: join-dph_don@listserv.state.ma.us. Do not include any text in the body of your email (including the removal of an email signature) or else the system will reject your email and your request will not be processed.
