Instructions for health care facilities to sign up for electronic transmission of correspondence (ListServ) from DPH.

Health care facilities licensed by the Department of Public Health (DPH) must sign up appropriate staff members to receive important electronic correspondence from DPH. Each facility type has a separate set of instructions. Choose your facility type and follow the instructions to sign up your users.
