A Virtual Private Network (VPN) enables remote users to communicate securely and confidentially over a public network to protected resources within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You may use this request item to add or remove users in existing VPN groups.

Designated Security Officers (DSOs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

  • Requesting this service is dependent on an existing group. 
    • NOTE: If the group does not exist, submit “VPN – Create a New Group” prior to requesting a user to be added or removed from a group.

  • Responsible for delivering VPN & Remote Access Services to customers based on requirements.
