2026 Low Number Plate Lottery Winners

The complete list of winners and alternate winners will be posted by September 15, 2026.

All winners will be notified by mail with instructions on how to transfer their current registration to their new low number plate.

Plates will be registered only to the winning applicant specifically named on the application and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Winners will have until Thursday, December 31, 2026, to pay for and swap their plates. Unclaimed plates by the deadline are considered forfeited by the initial winners, and those plates will be awarded to the pre-selected alternate winners in order of names drawn.

Please note that the list of winners is still subject to Registry review to ensure all winners have met the requirements of the application process, including, that winners have no conflict of interest in being eligible to be a lottery winner.
