988 information for call center employees

Call center employees and volunteers are required to complete mandatory trainings prior to answering calls on 988.

MassAchieve portal

Staff and volunteers can access mandatory training through MassAchieve. This course is offered in conjunction with call centers’  required training and must be completed prior to answering any calls.

If you are a current staff member or volunteer and have not yet received a welcome email with information containing your MassAchieve login, please speak to your supervisor at your center. 

If you are having trouble accessing MassAchieve or completing the course, please contact 988info@mass.gov for assistance.
