What services am I eligible for?
From Home and Community Life to Career Services to Benefits and Rights, MassAbility services support your independence and self-determination. To find out which of our programs and services you are eligible for, please apply online through MassAbility Connect or call our Help Desk at 617-204-3665.
Home Care
You are eligible if:
- you are between the ages of 18 and 59,
- have a disability that keeps you from doing one or more homemaking tasks
- need assistance with in-home tasks to keep you out of the hospital
- meet MassAbility and Home Care Assistance Program (HCAP) financial guidelines
- live alone, with children under 18, or with an adult who has a disability, and
- are not receiving other homecare services
Home Modification Loans
You are eligible if:
- you are a Massachusetts resident,
- have a disability
- have a household member or household members with a disability,
- have a household member who is over 60,
- have a documentation of need, and
- meet the income-based requirements
Independent Living Centers

Brain Injury Services
You are eligible if:
- you are a Massachusetts resident,
- have a traumatic brain injury (TBI),
- have trouble performing daily tasks, and
- would benefit from receiving Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP) services
Career Services
- you are a Massachusetts resident,
- are eligible to work in the United States,
- have a physical or mental disability that prevents you from finding employment, and
- would benefit from receiving Career Services
NextGen
You are eligible if:
- you are between the ages of 18-30,
- are a Massachusetts resident,
- have a disability, and
- are interested in pursuing a career

Assistive Technology
You are eligible if:
- you have a physical or mental disability that limits your ability to function at home and/or in the community, and
- meet financial eligibility requirements.
Benefits Counseling
You are eligible if:
- you are receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, and
- are employed or are looking for a job
Student and Youth Services
You may be eligible if:
- you are between the ages of 14 and 21
