EEC Behavioral Health Support Team
The EEC behavioral health team works collaboratively to provide resources for Social emotional, Behavioral and Mental Health Supports.

The Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMHC) Grant
The ECMHC grant provides any EEC licensed program access to early childhood mental health consultants with specialized knowledge relating to positive behavior supports, early childhood development and behavioral health.  

The Office of the Child Advocate (OCA)
The OCA’s mission is to ensure that children receive appropriate, timely and quality state services, with a particular focus on ensuring that the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable and at-risk children have the opportunity to thrive. Through collaboration with public and private stakeholders, the OCA identifies gaps in state services and recommends improvements in policy, practice, regulation, and/or law. The OCA also serves as a resource for families who are receiving, or are eligible to receive, services from the Commonwealth.

Center of Child Wellbeing and Trauma
The Center on Child Wellbeing and Trauma (CCWT) is a resource for child-serving organizations in Massachusetts, delivering information, tools, and training to help organizations become more trauma-informed and responsive (TIR).

Pyramid Model Frameworks Training and Coaching Opportunities
The Pyramid Model is a framework of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s healthy social and emotional development.

Regional Professional Development Centers
EEC has regional Professional Development Centers (PDCs) and a statewide professional development academy to provide high-quality professional learning, training, technical assistance, and coaching services to program/site leaders and educators working in center-based, family child care, and out-of-school-time programs licensed or funded by EEC.

Inclusion and Support Toolkit (Coming Soon!) 
This toolkit will include behavioral health and social emotional learning resources targeted for the EEC mixed delivery system (center-based, family child care, and out-of-school time programs). These toolkits will support educators and program leadership develop behavioral health supports for students and educators as well as social emotional learning opportunities and policy development that reduces that use of exclusionary discipline. Materials and resources will be aligned with the EEC Continuous Quality Improvement Playbook and Toolkit as well as EEC educator competencies and credentialing expectations that are also under development.

Training from the Massachusetts Association for Infant Mental Health, on reflective supervision, a key component to infant and early childhood mental health practice.
