Please be aware that the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure has multiple verification platforms. If you are not sure which platform you should use, please look it up using our searchable table. 

How to check

You can search by license type or licensing board in the search bar below.  Once you’ve found the license you need to verify, click the link listed in the “Verification platforms” column to take you to the correct online verification platform.  

You will need the health professional's license number and/or last name.
