Background

DCR’s Park Passport Program is designed to get kids and their families exploring the Commonwealth’s parks. There are over 70 places throughout Massachusetts where kids can stamp their passport, with a goal to get Massachusetts residents to experience all that the state has to offer for great outdoor activities.

Program Objectives

  • Increase people’s knowledge of the many parks and public lands throughout Massachusetts
  • Increase children’s appreciation for, and interaction with, our environment
  • Create a fun, family adventure

Partnership Details

  • Your organization will be recognized on each passport.
  • Your organization’s investment covers the costs of maintaining the passport boxes and stamps, printing new passport books, designing new passport stamps, and t-shirts.
  • Total cost = $75,000
