Filing return on behalf of short-term rental operator(s)? Important info!

The return must include each operator’s registration certificate number or Federal ID [or Social Security Number], along with the name and address of the operator and the amount of taxes and fees collected. This information ensures that the taxes collected are distributed to the proper localities or special funds. Learn more.

Get ahead of fraud this season

Fraud is a concern every season. Get ahead of the fraudsters and learn about our fraud prevention opt-in program. Taxpayers who opt in are notified when a return is filed using their social security number. They’ll be asked for confirmation before a refund is issued.
