EOI Overview
This form is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the ECO One Stop. It is a voluntary process and designed so that potential applicants can receive feedback from grant program staff on their project ideas.
This form is NOT a grant application. Submission of this form does not guarantee consideration or award for any of the ECO One Stop grants. Interested applicants will have to submit a formal application through the EEA's Grant Management System once the ECO One Stop application period begins (expected early 2026). Responses from this EOI will be reviewed by EEA staff and this information will be used to provide feedback to respondents who indicate a desire to be contacted. Grant staff expects to provide this feedback between October 2025 and early January 2026 and will reach out to the EOI point of contact directly. Positive feedback during the EOI stage does not guarantee that a project will ultimately be funded in the formal application round.
Potential applicants can submit up to 4 EOIs (the equivalent of 4 project ideas). Please note that due to EEA’s capacity and out of fairness to other potential applicants, we will not be providing feedback on project ideas that come to us after the EOI deadline.
Important Dates
Here are important dates to keep in mind for the ECO Expression of Interest process:
- Optional Expression of Interest (EOI) Period: Now - October 28th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
- Formal Application Period: Expected early 2026
- Award notifications: Expected summer 2026
