MassHealth is proud to continue and expand our partnership with Health Care For All and nearly 50 community-based organizations throughout the Commonwealth. These organizations are trained by Health Care For All and the state to conduct member outreach, education, and enrollment assistance. As local partners, they are able to provide ongoing, trusted support for members in their communities.

Local Enrollment Assisters – Certified Application Counselors
MassHealth enrollment assisters are called certified application counselors (CACs) and are trained individuals working at organizations in your community. They can help you apply for coverage, answer your questions about your eligibility, renewal and other requirements. Help from an enrollment assister is free for everyone. Services are available in-person, over the phone, or online.

MassHealth Enrollment Centers and Customer Service Center
MassHealth has seven enrollment centers across Massachusetts that are open for walk-ins. You can also schedule a virtual appointment with a MassHealth enrollment center representative.
Additionally, our customer service center offers help over the phone Monday through Friday 8am-5pm at (800) 841-2900, TDD/TTY: 711. Interpreter services are available.
