My Ombudsman
If you have questions or need help getting benefits or services from MassHealth or your MassHealth health plan, you can call My Ombudsman. My Ombudsman is a program that is separate from MassHealth and your health plan. The program can:
- give you information about your health plan benefits and rights,
- listen to your concerns and help address problems, and
- explain how to file a grievance or appeal and what to expect during the process.
