MassHealth Choices is the place to learn about, compare, and enroll in a MassHealth health plan.

Find primary care providers near where you live. Search by location or type of health plan you have.

MassHealth Enrollment Centers (MECs)

  • The status of your Application for Health and Dental Coverage and Help Paying Costs (individuals, families, pregnant women, and those under age 65)
  • The status of your Application for Health Coverage for Seniors and People Needing Long-Term-Care Services (age 65 and older and those of any age in need of long-term-care services)

My Ombudsman

If you have questions or need help getting benefits or services from MassHealth or your MassHealth health plan, you can call My Ombudsman. My Ombudsman is a program that is separate from MassHealth and your health plan. The program can:

  • give you information about your health plan benefits and rights, 
  • listen to your concerns and help address problems, and
  • explain how to file a grievance or appeal and what to expect during the process.
