If you disagree with a decision made or an action taken by DTA, you can file an appeal and request a fair hearing with the Division of Hearings (DOH).
There are different reasons why you might do this. The following are some examples that can be appealed:
- Denial of your benefits application,
- Reduction or termination of your benefits,
- Denied an accommodation request (Americans with Disabilities Act).
If you want to file an appeal, see our guide on how to file an appeal with DTA.
