Description
The entirety of the Hog Mountain WMA is forested. It is predominantly mature northern hardwoods-hemlock-white pine forest with a couple forested swamps.
Location, access, & parking
The property is located on the east side of Dodge Road in Hawley and Buckland. There is old log landing at the town line that can be used for parking.
Hunting opportunities
The WMA provides excellent food sources and cover for black bear, white-tailed deer, and wild turkey.
