Implementation of M.G.L. c. 94C

A public hearing will be held on October 19, 2026, regarding proposed amendments to the Department of Public Health Regulation 105 CMR 700.000, Implementation of M.G.L. c. 94C.

The proposed amendments update the regulations which implement M.G.L. c. 94 C, the Controlled Substances Act which sets forth consistent standards for the safety, security and storage of controlled substances.
