Management Plan Guidelines for DCR Conservation Restriction Landowners
Many CRs held by DCR ask that landowners develop Management Plans to guide certain activities on their land. The purpose of the guidelines linked below is to provide a framework for these plans. A CR Management Plan is a document that describes what the landowner wants to accomplish on their property and how their goals and objectives will be reached, consistent with the purposes and terms of the CR.
General Management Plan Guidelines – for landowners planning to develop a management plan to guide all the management activities on their property.
Non-Native Species Control Plan Guidelines – for landowners planning to develop a management plan specifically for the control of invasive plants on their property.
Recreation Improvement Plan Guidelines – for landowners planning to develop a management plan specifically for recreational improvements such as trails and boardwalks on their property.
Habitat Management Plan Guidelines – for landowners planning to develop a management plan specifically for habitat management and restoration on their property.
