Mass. General Laws c.13 § 10A

Section 10A

The commissioner of public health shall review and approve any rule or regulation proposed by the board of registration in medicine pursuant to section 10. Such rule or regulation shall be deemed disapproved unless approved within 30 days after submission to the commissioner pursuant to said section 10.
