Mass. General Laws c.221D § 7

Section 7

No action may be commenced pursuant to this chapter against the judicial branch or any officer or employee of the judicial branch acting lawfully and in good faith, pursuant to such officer’s or employee’s official duties and in accordance with this chapter and other applicable laws and regulations.
