Overview

The MSP Troops layer represents boundaries of State Police Troop jurisdictions. It is based on troop jurisdictions provided by the Massachusetts State Police and derived from the TOWNSSUREVEY_POLYM datalayer.

The layer is named STATEPOLICETROOPS_POLY in SDE.

Attributes

The polygon attribute table contains the TROOP (troop letter) and REGION (troop geographic name) fields, as follows:

A	Northeast
B	West
C	Central
D	Southeast
F	Logan Airport
H	Metropolitan Boston
