MassMen: Mental health support for first responders

Find services from organizations that are designed to support first responders.

As a first responder, you’re there to protect and serve your community, leading them through many overwhelming situations. The job can lead to personal stress, fatigue, and trauma. Unfortunately, the rates of PTSD, depression, and suicide among First Responders are five times that of the civilian population. First Responders are more likely to die by suicide than in the line of duty.

The good news is that there are resources and support in Massachusetts for first responders. You are not alone, and support can help.
