MassMen social media toolkit

Raise awareness about men's mental health through social media, email, or other digital platforms.

The MassMen initiative promotes wellness and empowers working-age men across MA to take action to feel better emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

The social media toolkit is designed for workplace leaders in high-risk organizations (police, fire, EMS, fishing, construction, and others) to share MassMen's resources with men in their network. Visit Mental health resources for the workplace for additional information.
