The Member Booklet makes it easier for you to understand health coverage available in Massachusetts from MassHealth or the Health Connector. This booklet describes the programs available to individuals, families, and people with disabilities.
This booklet is for Massachusetts residents who are
- Younger than 65 years of age and not living in nursing homes or other long-term care facilities
- Certain persons 65 years of age or older, if they are parents or caretaker relatives of children younger than 19 years of age
- Certain disabled immigrant children younger than 18 years of age who live in nursing homes or other long-term care facilities.
This booklet answers important questions that you may have about how to get health care benefits and the programs that are available.
