Registered professionals may be included in official OLA registries and may be recognized as qualified to provide language access services for participating state agencies, courts, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and other public entities in the Commonwealth, as applicable.

The Official Designation Registration process is designed to:

- Increase public confidence in qualified language access professionals.
- Maintain an accurate and current registry of certified professionals.
Eligibility
Applicants seeking Official Designation Registration must:
- Complete all applicable credentialing steps.
- Submit a completed registration application.
- Provide all required supporting documentation.
- Meet any additional qualifications established by OLA policies and procedures.
- Certify that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

Review process
