What the OSP can do
The OSP can assist you with questions about:
- Reporting requirements of guardians and conservators
- Court procedure
- Alternatives to guardianship and conservatorship
- Procedures to restore the adult’s rights
What the OSP cannot do
The OSP cannot assist you with any of the following:
- Emergency or life-threatening situations - Call 911
- Questions about decisions made by the Court
- Guardianship and conservatorship of minors
- Concerns about state or federal departments, government entities, facilities, residential settings, or healthcare providers
How to contact the OSP
If you have questions, the OAGCO is here to help you. You may reach out to the OAGCO by email at OAGCO@jud.state.ma.us or attend one of our monthly virtual Zoom sessions. Zoom sessions are held on the third Wednesday of each month from 12–2:00 p.m.
