Notes: 

  1. Products on this list are approved as packaged, dry, and preblended with preformulated constituent materials (excluding mixing water). Products that are extended with aggregate not included in the original product packaging, see Note 2.
  2. Products that are extended with aggregate not included in the original product packaging shall be formulated per the product’s technical data sheet and evaluated through Department mix design evaluation and verification testing.
