Any and all valid licenses and/or permits from all local city or town boards, agencies, departments for the conduct in that community of an underground steel storage tank dismantling yard
Three (3) copies of a suitable plot plan of the tank yard land (one inch = twenty feet scale) which is filed and made a part of the application
