Vaccinations for Health Care Personnel

At its meeting on September 13, 2023, the Public Health Council approved amendments to 105 CMR 130, 105 CMR 140, 105 CMR 141, 105 CMR 150, 105 CMR 158, and 105 CMR 170. The Department filed the regulatory action with the Secretary of the Commonwealth for publication in the Massachusetts Register on September 15, 2023.
