WIC online ordering program

WIC online ordering is now available through all Massachusetts Walmart stores. Order your WIC-eligible foods online at Walmart for pick-up or delivery.

Massachusetts residents who receive WIC benefits can use their WIC card to buy food online at Walmart.

How to Shop Online:

Getting Started:

1. Visit: Go to walmart.com/wic.
2. Sign In: Log in to your Walmart account (or create a new one).
3. Link Your Card: Go to Wallet, select Add new payment method, and enter your WIC card number and PIN.
4. Set Your Store: Select your preferred local Walmart store.

How to Shop:

1. View Benefits: In your Wallet, select View and shop my benefits on your WIC card.
2. Find Items: Click on any food item in your balance to see eligible options.
3. Filter Results: To browse more, use the Benefit Programs filter and select WIC eligible.
4. Add to Cart: Click Add to put items in your shopping cart.

Checking Out:

1. Open Cart: Click your Shopping Cart icon.
2. Choose Service: Select Pickup or Delivery and choose a time slot.
3. Start Checkout: Click Continue to checkout and enter your WIC PIN.
4. Review & Pay: Verify your order and payment method.
5. Place Order: Click Place Order, then enter your WIC PIN again to authorize the transaction. Your balance will update immediately. 

Online shopping tips

• Delivery Fees & Location: Please note that WIC does not cover delivery fees. You will need a secondary form of payment if you choose delivery. Additionally, the delivery address must be located within Massachusetts.
• WIC Card & PIN Security: You have four attempts to enter your PIN before your account is locked. If your card becomes locked, you can reset it by calling your local WIC program, calling the number on the back of your card, or simply waiting until midnight for an automatic unlock.
