WICSmart provides an online education platform for Massachusetts WIC participants, offering flexible learning modules via app or web browser that can be completed on a phone, tablet, or computer. Users must select the ‘Massachusetts’ agency, input their child’s 8-digit Member ID, complete one module, and contact their local office to update benefits.
WICSmart Is EASY!
On your SMARTPHONE or TABLET:
- Find and download the “WICSmart” app.
On your COMPUTER or other device with Internet:
- Go to www.wicsmart.com
- Click Participant Login
- Select “Massachusetts” as your WIC agency.
- Enter your child’s Member ID#: 8 digits
- Click on any module that interests you or the one WIC recommended. (You only have to do ONE module.)
- Go through the module at your own pace. If you get interrupted, you can save the session and come back to it later.
- Make sure to answer the 4 questions at the end of the module and press the NEXT button until you see the Lesson Completed screen.
- Your WIC Nutritionist will tell you when you need to complete a WICSmart module by at your appointment.
