Legal Compliance and Quality Assurance (QA) Programs

The Operational Services Division (OSD) Office of Legal Compliance has oversight responsibility pursuant to 808 CMR 1.00 for contract compliance, financial reporting and auditing applicable to all procurements of Human and Social Services.

The Operational Services Division's Program of Quality Assurance (QA) assists Level III Executive Agencies in achieving and maintaining compliance under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s procurement regulation, 801 CMR 21.00, and OSD’s Conducting Best Value Procurements Handbook.
