Licensure and Medicare & Medicaid Certification

For health care facilities applying for state licensure as well as Medicare and/or Medicaid certification.

The Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification is the Massachusetts state agency responsible for the licensure of health care facilities under state law. The Division also responsible for the certification of health care facilities and agencies participating in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
