Housing Court form to be read and delivered to defendant and counsel
This form is used in Housing Court when a judgment enters and a judge or clerk must determine a defendant/debtors ability to pay.
Used to have a prisoner brought to Housing Court to testify in a pending case.
This is a Housing Court form used to enter a nolle prosequi. "Nolle prosequi" is Latin for "we shall no longer prosecute," and is used to let the judge know that the prosecutor no longer intends to prosecute the case.
Housing Court Form Rev 7/99. Provides an optional referral to a Housing Specialist. The Housing Specialist Department can sometimes help a complainant and defendant arrive at an agreement satisfactory to both.
