Most individuals and families have contact with us through one of 23 area offices throughout Massachusetts. Area offices are responsible for managing and monitoring the services we provide or arranging services and supports for individuals and families in the towns covered by the respective office.
Each area office reports to one of four geographically located regional offices which provides management of the area offices and performs other regional functions.
