The Direct Support Certificate Program was created to support and enhance the careers of direct support staff in the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and DDS-funded programs.
This program, a collaboration between DDS and the Massachusetts Association of Community Colleges, helps you take the next step in your human services career. Upon completion of the program, participants will have a Direct Support Certificate, 22-28 transferrable community college credits, and a better understanding of the human services field and their role in it.
