Bulletin 2018-06 requires Health Carriers to have dedicated staff available to help Members with setting up appointments with providers available to treat certain services. The chart identifies all Massachusetts Health Carriers’ dedicated phone lines for accessing behavioral and non-behavioral health care services.

Consumers may go to ratereview.healthcare.gov to view accessible, consumer-friendly disclosure information explaining proposed increases that are 10 percent or higher than last year’s rates. If you would like to submit a comment on a proposed rate increase, please send an email to HCAB.mailbox@mass.gov.

On February 17, 2009, the President signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), a federal stimulus package. Under ARRA, if you are or were involuntarily terminated from employment, you may be eligible for premium assistance under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
