Highway Safety Training

The Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC) receives federal funding by way of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to provide highway safety training in the Commonwealth. Currently, the areas that are funded include Drug Recognition Expert (DRE), Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Advanced Traffic Crash Investigation (ATCI).

Ross Panacopoulos coordinates grant funded Highway Safety Division traffic crash investigation training and certifications on behalf of the Municipal Police Training Committee.
